Chargeback Investigations
If a chargeback is initiated, Otuesday reserves the right to provide evidence including:
Booking confirmations
Payment authorizations
Supplier confirmations
Email communications
Terms accepted during booking
to payment processors and financial institutions.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension
Booking cancellation
Collection activity
Legal action where applicable
Supplier Fees
Chargebacks initiated after supplier payments have been made may still result in customers being liable for supplier penalties or obligations.
