This Code sets the minimum ethical, operational, security and customer-service standards for every Otuesday Partnership Programme applicant after approval, Partner organisation, owner, employee, contractor, branch user and additional authorised login (“Partner Personnel”). It is incorporated into the Partner Programme Terms and Conditions.
The approved Partner is accountable for its Personnel, marketing, traveller interactions, bookings and use of the platform. Partners must communicate this Code to all authorised users, provide suitable training and monitor compliance. Breaches may result in coaching, corrective action, access restrictions, suspension or termination proportionate to the risk and severity.
Identify yourself accurately as an independent Otuesday Partner, not an employee, exclusive agent or corporate representative unless specifically authorised.
Do not claim to hold IATA accreditation, licences, supplier contracts or official endorsements that you do not possess.
Explain material booking conditions, limitations, fees and cancellation rules clearly before requesting a customer’s approval or payment.
Never guarantee visas, immigration admission, lowest prices, supplier availability, upgrades, refunds or earnings without documented authority.
Never fabricate testimonials, bookings, availability, reviews, credentials, documents or customer consent.
Provide timely, respectful and accurate service. Treat customers fairly without unlawful discrimination or harassment. Use accessible communication and avoid pressure selling, fear-based claims or misleading urgency.
Before booking, verify passenger names, travel dates, destination, passport details, nationality-dependent entry rules where relevant, contact information, fare conditions and the traveller’s informed authorisation. Advise travellers that final entry decisions rest with relevant authorities and that supplier rules may change.
Provide an accurate quotation or booking confirmation and explain what is included, what is excluded and how customers can contact support. Record changes and complaints and escalate unresolved or safety-critical matters promptly.
Quote only current approved prices and explain any Partner service fee separately where such fees are permitted and disclosed.
Do not collect undisclosed markups, invent mandatory fees or represent Otuesday’s partner commission share as a percentage of the traveller’s full booking price.
Approved commission shares for the three tiers are 35% Starter, 50% Pro and 65% Enterprise of eligible booking commissions actually earned by Otuesday, not the traveller’s total booking value.
Clearly distinguish the Programme’s promotional subscription/setup prices from commission entitlements; do not claim commission rates are promotional.
Do not split, cancel/rebook, falsify or redirect transactions to manufacture commissions or evade pricing rules.
Use only authorised payment links and accounts. Never instruct customers to transfer funds to a personal account unless separately and expressly authorised under an approved written arrangement.
Use only approved Otuesday channels and supplier systems. Confirm traveller authorisation before issuing or changing a booking; keep accurate transaction references and material communications.
Explain supplier cancellation and refund conditions accurately. Do not promise an immediate refund where the supplier has not authorised it or Otuesday has not committed to it. Escalate errors, missed ticketing deadlines, duplicate charges, traveller safety concerns and urgent disruptions immediately.
Keep receipts, customer authorisations, invoices and communications in approved secure systems for the required retention period. Never create false invoices, alter supplier confirmations or conceal a mistake.
Use approved Otuesday logos, graphics, promotional materials and descriptions only. Do not imply ownership of Otuesday or register confusingly similar domain names or social media handles.
Promotional claims must be accurate, current, substantiated and consistent with authorised rates and booking restrictions. Any promotional rate must have its approved terms and duration; remove expired offers promptly. Partners must obtain permission for customer photographs, reviews, copyrighted materials and paid endorsements where required.
When posting on social media or using influencers, clearly disclose paid or commercial relationships where required by applicable advertising rules. Do not buy fake reviews, send spam or use Otuesday’s brand in political or otherwise unauthorised endorsements.
Collect only information necessary for the legitimate enquiry, booking or service; explain its use and obtain lawful permission.
Never sell, disclose, scrape, export or use traveller or Partner data for unrelated purposes or personal advantage.
Keep credentials confidential; each included or additional login must belong to a named authorised user under the existing approved Partner account.
Use approved devices, secure connections and platform payment flows; do not store full payment-card details in messages, spreadsheets or personal devices.
Remove departing users immediately and report suspected fraud, lost devices, unauthorised access or data disclosures without delay to Tech@Otuesday.com.
Follow the Partner Privacy Policy and any signed data-sharing or processing agreement, including restrictions on international transfers.
Comply with applicable travel, consumer, advertising, competition, privacy, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, anti-fraud, sanctions, tax and professional registration rules in every market served.
Never offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, secret commissions, gifts intended to influence supplier selection or benefits that create an undisclosed conflict of interest. Disclose any material personal or business interest that may affect impartial customer recommendations.
Do not assist with false passenger identities, forged travel documents, unlawful travel, sanctions evasion, trafficking, money laundering or fraudulent payment activity. Report credible suspicions through official channels.
The Partner account owner is responsible for assigning, reviewing and removing authorised logins. Included login limits are Starter 2, Pro 5 and Enterprise 10; additional user logins under the existing account attract the applicable monthly charge under the approved commercial schedule.
Branches and authorised users may operate only within the account’s approved permissions. An additional login does not create a new Partner, independent business registration or separate commission entitlement. Users must complete required onboarding, security and policy training before access where prescribed.
Partners must not lend credentials, create fictitious users, bypass branch controls or continue to use access after authorisation ends.
Partners must promptly notify Otuesday of material customer complaints, suspected misconduct, inaccurate bookings, payment discrepancies, account compromise and legal/regulatory enquiries affecting Programme activity.
Reports should be factual and supported by available evidence; retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith concern is prohibited. Partners must cooperate with reasonable investigations and preserve relevant records. Otuesday should provide a confidential reporting route at Legal@Otuesday.com.
Immediate escalation is required for suspected fraud, security incidents, misuse of traveller funds, safety emergencies and serious misconduct. Other complaints should be escalated according to the approved service standards and complaint workflow.
Depending on severity, Otuesday may require training, a corrective action plan, restitution where legally justified, removal of a user, temporary account restrictions, suspension or termination. Fraud, theft, deliberate data misuse, falsified bookings or serious safety breaches may justify immediate suspension while investigated.
Where practicable, Otuesday will explain the concern and give the Partner an opportunity to respond. Verified dishonesty or fraud may lead to immediate account restriction and withholding of the affected commission balance while investigated; fraud-related or unearned commissions may be reversed, and proven losses recovered to the extent permitted by law. Unrelated, lawfully earned amounts are not automatically forfeited. The Partner may request internal review at Legal@Otuesday.com. Termination and commission settlement are governed by the Partner Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
Each Partner must acknowledge this Code at application/activation and ensure all authorised users understand and comply with it. Otuesday may request periodic re-acknowledgement following material updates.
