At a minimum, your travel insurance will be 'comprehensive', providing coverage against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability, with a minimum coverage of US$50,000 up to a maximum of US$2,000,000. It also covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. If you obtain travel insurance through us, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the level of insurance we have arranged.
For all flights, a valid passport is required. For most international flights, a visa may be required. Please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination. Our agents are not responsible for information regarding visa or passport requirements.
If you are not a citizen of the country to which you are travelling, you cannot travel with a one-way ticket. You must purchase a round-trip ticket.
Yes, we provide assistance in acquiring visa applications for the following countries only: U.S.A, Canada, U.K and Germany. We do not guarantee providing assistance in completing other visa applications.
Most airline tickets issued are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Name changes are not permitted. However, you may be able to exchange your tickets for different dates. Penalty fees apply and not all tickets are changeable. Please call us with your confirmation code ready so that we may assist you as best as possible.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the place of stay. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy. Please call us so that we can provide you with the necessary information on this.
We recommend getting travel insurance when going international. However, not all countries require visitors to have insurance coverage in order to enter. Travel insurance is compulsory for all Schengen Countries such as Germany, Belgium, France, etc. Travel insurance should be taken out at the time of booking. You must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to enter the country without it.
